Patch gyprock roughly 30cm diameter on bathroom ceiling

Looking for a reliable handyman to repair or replace a broken clothesline in my backyard. The current setup is makeshift and no longer usable – the line is sagging and attached poorly to the wooden fence, which also needs checking for stability.

I have quite a few general tasks like installing multiple floating shelves, door knob changes, installation of wall ironing board and drying rack, electric door lock etc to name a few. I need someone who charges by the hour as its a long list of small tasks.

Disassemble and remove the shelves from the garage. I’m just gathering quotes and availability at the moment, as the task is planned for around 1 months from now.

Description: I have a bed frame that makes noise whenever there's any movement at night. I've tried using MDF boards, WD-40, and rags to solve the issue, but it hasn't worked. Hi I have ceiling fans in two rooms and working fine. One ceiling fan light is not working so need to swap that fan to another room. The electrical switches and install are already there.

We had an insinkerator under one of two sinks which has broken. We do not want to fix it. Need someone to run a small piece of pipe and connect it's outlet to existing outlet under another sink. Photo attached.
