Looking for a licensed and insured electrician to replace an existing hardwired pendant with a new chandelier. The chandelier comes with its own metal ceiling mounting plate/bracket and installation instructions. Chandelier specifications: 600mm wide × 580mm high, 20kg Ceiling height is 3.2m.

I need a licensed electrician to complete the following work over two visits: Visit 1 – Rough-in and wiring (before ceiling is closed): • Run and rough-in electrical circuit and switch for the installation of 2 new pendant lights. I have existing downlights in my apartment and would like to install an additional ceiling light point for a chandelier (only 13kg) above the coffee table. I also need the chandelier and existing downlights to be controlled independently with separate wall switches. The chandelier will be supplied by me. Remove 3 light fixtures , 2 have a dimmer switch and replace with 3 small but rather heavy glass chandeliers. The chandeliers are not new. They are approx 290mm x 450mm. There are 2 dome shaped ones I also have a ceiling fan that needs checking. Sometimes works. Sometimes doesn’t.
