We need to install Sarita 5 Light Medium Crystal Chandelie in stair case. It goes where the current downlight is as in picture.

My ceiling light does not switch on. I’ve checked the main switch. Need help diagnosing/fixing the situation, and remove ceiling light (gold item) in the picture.

Need to replace the chandelier as its not working, connection is there, I can provide ladder.

I have the globes already, I just don't have a ladder tall enough. Supply your own ladder (double sided or A frame 10-12 foot should do it) or suitable work platform, swap out approx 45 globes (2 pin G4) that's it, it's less than 15 mins of work.
