We've found a soaked paper towel at the front of the kitchen sink cabinet, with apparent water damage to the kickboard and cracks in the cabinet base. There is a dishwasher connected to the sink plumbing. Previous plumbers couldn't reproduce a leak by running the tap, so please check the dishwasher drain connection, sink waste joints and water supply hoses, and test the dishwasher drain cycle. Today, we found a potential leak, around the waste pipe, but not sure. We also need to fix a leaky tap in the bathroom and around the tap and tapware.

Repair/restoring exterior rendering of our townhouse built in 1997, including painting to match existing colour. The key areas needing work are in the attached photos surrounding our front door, garage door, and front window ledge. Previously I posted for a quote, this time I'm ready to go ahead. 2x roller doors aren’t aligning. One seems to have come off. Likely rollers need replacing for both as they frequently missing. Need 2x door handles replaced. Dead bolt to be fixed to front door (not sure of this has to be a locksmith).

The pipe below the kitchen sink is leaking. Not a lot of water but some is dripping down. On the picture you can the circled bit where the water drips from. Might just need checking the seals and tightening... Single level unit in Chadstone, so access is straightfoward.
