What I want to do is remove an old gas space heater (gas has been completely disconnected from my property), make a hole in the double brick wall at ground level where it was to install a cat door, and remediate the wall where the heater was with a new piece of plasterboard. I imagine it would require bricklaying and woodworking skills - I need a licenced builder who can design and carry out this work.
