It seems when I run it tap at the kitchen sink.. the outside drain seems to be blocked.. the water comes up outside the the concrete next to the drain overflow The overflow also looks full of water ..smells a bit.. weird water is coming up by my Finger on photo ..see photos..probably needs a hydro? Kitchen flows ok though

Hi I'm looking to get a quote on this stair repair, the dog chewed the corner of the step, the step is made of partical board, I was thinking the easiest might be to cut the affected corner off and replacing with a new corner and staining it to match, access will be tricky because it's a rental property that we just moved out of, so I'll have to organise to get the keys.
