Work required includes: Repair/re-mesh several damaged flyscreens, including screens that have pulled out of the frame and one with a large tear. Re-secure a roller blind/curtain bracket to the wall and reinstall the blind correctly. Repair or replace a damaged ceiling light cover/diffuser. Supply and replace two missing globes above the bathroom mirror. Inspect the bathroom heat/light unit and replace non-working heat globes as required. Check that the heat/light fitting is secure and operating safely. Minor inspection of the surrounding fittings and advise if anything else requires repair. Photos are available showing all items. Important: Any electrical work must be carried out by a suitably licensed electrician. If you are primarily a handyman and cannot perform the electrical work, please advise what parts of the job you can complete.
