The pool gate doesn't close by itself. Two door hinges need to be replaced. The magnetic latch sometimes doesn't work properly—it seems the magnetic force isn't strong enough. Does it need to be repaired or replaced?

Our kitchen was installed around 2010 and four of the soft close drawers no longer 'catch' and stay shut. They are all 'press to open'. The company which installed the kitchen is out of business and I can't find replacements of the fittings at the rear of the cabinets which seem to keep the drawers closed. New slide mechanisms with a similar soft close and push to open may be required. We are willing to buy replacement parts or have you supply them.

Replace 6 door locks/knobs

I would like to make this side fence more soundproof to eliminate traffic noise. Not sure if metal or wood backing to each part of the fence but am open to ideas. Would also consider a vinyl wrap or something similar if it will help with noise. The gate still needs to open and close normally so I think 3 separate backings will be needed. And it needs to look aesthetically pleasing!
