I have a ceiling fan in my main bedroom (currently working) and I want to swap it to a new one. Looking for someone (preferred with electrician experience) to do this. I haven’t purchased the fan yet I’m getting quotes to find out if it’s an affordable job.

I have a two Bunnings Retractable Awnings 3x2m which I'd like to install onto the roof of my Garage. I've build up the awning and I only need the brackets installed - likey to be onto the roof beams/rafters which intersect into the facia/gutter? So its 4 x brackets. Rafters are standard wood house built in 2006. Approx 600m apart.
