Painting external window frames on a 2 bedroom villa.

I need to install an oval mirror cabinet in bathroom. It weights 12.5 kg. Going into plasterboard.

I have a crack that needs plastering from a qualified tradesman who can give me a receipt. I need to show that i have repaired the wall by proper means. There is no need to paint once plastered over. Fill and reinforce the crack, with right colour render etc.

I need some help installing a vendline close line that’s inside. I’ve got one up successfully myself but having trouble with the second one. I’ve stuffed a few holes so looking for some help before I stuff it even more. See image. 4 holes on the right I’ve stuffed. Mainly because the cavity behind is for a sliding door.

The task involves a couple of facets: - remove,repair / replace 15-20m of damaged ant capping on the bottom weatherboard of the house ( typical photos attached) - remove and repair 6-8m of bottom weatherboard with moisture damage and paint current colour ( typical photos attached) - remove and replace moisture damaged window sill and adjacent weatherboards. It appears the source of water is a backward draining flashing at top of window, this needs to be rectified, resealed and everything painted current colours. You supply all know how, tools, and labour and I will refund you any materials you need after you inspect and confirm.

Minor repairs & reattach a privacy screen to the wall & new put up a new fence post. It's roughly 1200 X 2100. It's an old lightweight timber lattice panel that has fallen apart. I have all the equipment, nail gun, liquid nails, screws, cement etc, just need some help as I'm unwell & can't manage it alone.
