Looking for a carpenter or experienced door installer to realign our timber pivot-hinged front door. The door has shifted slightly and is rubbing against the vertical door frame at the top on the lock side. The door swings freely when open, but becomes stiff in the final 5–10cm when closing. No scraping along the floor. Suspect the top pivot hinge needs adjusting to shift the door slightly towards the hinge side (approximately 2mm). Looking for someone experienced with pivot doors to inspect and adjust the alignment so it opens/closes smoothly.

So my shed door was pulled off its hinges and needs to be put back on. I’m not entirely sure how it’s come off.

We have 3 x doors which need to shortened after new flooring was installed. And once ready put back on in the corresponding rooms.

Replace six door handles as shown in pics

We need 4 x remotes programmed for 2x garage doors. I have tried and can get them to work but then by the next day they stop working. I was told it was because the garage door memory is full and needs to be cleared. First photo is 2 x remotes that currently open 1 garage door each. Second photo is remote that opens both doors, but keeps losing memory. I have 4 of these that need to be programmed.

Our metal door frame that used to hold a door, has broken. The metal is rusting. We need it replaced or fixed. We don’t need the replacement to be metal. The replacement does not need to be metal, just whatever option is cheapest. We still have the door! We are available Thursday and Friday pretty much all day or most weekends.
