Need a door handle installed on an internal blank (no existing hole) wooden door. We have the handle.

1. Remove bedroom door (I will be replacing with a barn door) 2. Install screw into plasterboard wall (for mounting frames/wall light, pls advise if I need to provide anything) 3. Install picture shelves x4 onto concrete wall, x2 onto timber 4. Install 2x hook racks onto concrete wall 5. Mount Roman blinds x3 to ceiling (brackets provided) 6. Install curtain track for s fold curtains on ceiling (approx 3m comprised of 2 tracks, will need to add in one small piece cut to size to make up required track length) Maybe 7. Install 2x pairs of shelf brackets on plasterboard wall

One door handle that needs fixing, It has previously been badly replaced after door painting and is now difficult to remove on one side. Happy to have it reinstalled or a new one put in. Hanging of one long mirror that needs two fixings to hang.

We require installation of a Foxydry Mini ceiling-mounted drying rack on the underside ceiling of our apartment balcony. The unit is already purchased and will be on hand, along with the instruction manual. Please note the following: - The balcony ceiling is likely concrete - You will need to supply appropriate metal M5 concrete ceiling anchors as the plastic anchors supplied with the unit, are not sufficient - You will also need to supply all tools and equipment necessary for installation, including hammer drill and ladder - The space is relatively compact, and the ceiling is quite high (refer to photos and dimensions) - Installation must be level and secure, as the rack holds up to 10 kg of laundry - Intend to have it installed in line with sliding door (outside) so person has more space when hanging out clothes - The rack uses a pulley/chain system and needs to hang correctly for it to function properly Please only accept this task if you are experienced in drilling into a concrete ceiling and have your own equipment. We have built an outdoor barbecue/kitchen area out of brick on our veranda. Although most will eventually be stone clad , i’m wanting it rendered first. My estimate is that it is about 14 square metres. (ignore the ticks and crosses on the pics. These show what areas will ultimately be stone clad and which will remain exposed render). Not sure on the colour but it would be something grey/ cream/beige. Would like price to include both the render and the labour. I don’t know if this helps, but we have heaps of yellow/brickies sand available. Would need to be careful of our timber decking. (We do have a roll of cardboard sheet if this helps). Would like done as soon as possible.
