Render and paint 30m long exposed brick fence

Install an internal non load bearing wall around 6m wide (5.9m to be exact). Wall needs to be finished with paint. Light switches moved to service each room. Need cornice to match with existing ceiling cornice and same with skirting boards. Need door installed on left hand side between rooms (ideally a "secret door" where you just push the panel open and it doesnt look to obvious as a door. Hello, I need a handyman to fix a fire extinguisher to a wall (has come off) and repair the small hole from previous fixing. Also tighten up several door handles so all are in good working order. Shouldn’t be more than an hours’ work. This is for a business located near the Claremont Quarter.

The drawer can be pulled open, but with significant resistance — it requires a lot of force to open and also to push back in. I'm not sure what's causing this.

Handle opening dishwasher has come off as screw lost its thread. Integrated door needs to be removed off dishwasher to reinstall screw and handle and then reassembled
