It is a standard hose reel from Bunnings to be drilled in. Easy access to my house, it is in the front yard, easy to park. I have the hose, positioning, and screws etc ready to be put up. I just need the holes drilled into the brick wall and the screws put in to hang the hose. I have had a hose reel there before, but this hose reel needs different spots for the holes.

There’s water dripping from underneath the kitchen sink. It’s either to hot or cold water pipe. The water isn’t dripping heavily, just drop by drop. Needs to be fixed immediately

We have built an outdoor barbecue/kitchen area out of brick on our veranda. Although most will eventually be stone clad , i’m wanting it rendered first. My estimate is that it is about 14 square metres. (ignore the ticks and crosses on the pics. These show what areas will ultimately be stone clad and which will remain exposed render). Not sure on the colour but it would be something grey/ cream/beige. Would like price to include both the render and the labour. I don’t know if this helps, but we have heaps of yellow/brickies sand available. Would need to be careful of our timber decking. (We do have a roll of cardboard sheet if this helps). Would like done as soon as possible.

We have a leak that seems to be caused by a large gap between a second floor patio and the external wall (wood veneer). It has been suggested that installing a piece of flashing would fix the leak. Looking for quotes that include everything to install the flashing- labour, providing your own tools and supplies (estimating about 1m flashing needed).

Require assistance affixing 3 IKEA cabinets to a wall. This will involve drilling into a wall and placing wall plugs and screws. Drill required.

Extra large mirror ~2mx1.45m and 60kg, pick up from south Perth and delivery to Nedlands. Professional installation required on stud wall, mirror comes with brackets but these may need to be adjusted to suit mirror
