Remove old silicone and thoroughly clean and prepare the area. 3. Install a new fixed glass shower screen (new glass screen supplied). 4. Secure, seal and finish the new shower screen with suitable bathroom-grade silicone. 5. Remove existing mastic/silicone around the bathroom floor perimeter. 6. Clean and prepare the surfaces. 7. Apply new bathroom-grade silicone/mastic around the bathroom floor perimeter. 8. Remove and dispose of all waste materials. 9. Leave the bathroom clean and tidy on completion. Please provide all required tools, fixings and silicone/sealant. Looking for someone experienced in frameless/fixed glass shower screen installation and bathroom sealing. Please advise your experience, insurances, availability and what is included in your offer.

Looking for someone to repair damaged plaster around a wall power point. The plaster has chipped/cracked and needs to be patched, sanded, and finished ready for painting. Painting not required.

Will require extension ladder/s and as pensioners, something we can't do ourselves. Honestly have no idea of cost - will be for you providing suitable access and labour only. Have paint and new blind.
