Power drill to remove wooden blind connector brackets (per picture taken). Help to lift blinds from apartment to curb on street (elevator not stairs) for hard rubbish collection date on Thursday. Can do so from 6pm Wed. Should only take 30 mins max. Some of screws in connector brackets may have lost thread and need drill bit to punch through.
