My directors' budget is in the $550

Hi! I’m looking for an experienced handyman or someone familiar with outdoor roller blinds to repair two manual outdoor blinds at my property. The job involves: • Replacing the snapped cords on two manual outdoor roller blinds. • Removing the blinds or accessing the mechanisms as needed to complete the repairs. • Reinstalling the blinds • Supplying the replacement cords and any small parts required, or advising me beforehand if additional materials are needed. A couple of things to be aware of: The blinds are manual and operated by cords. The screws holding them in place seem to be quite stubborn and difficult to remove, so this may require some patience and the right tools. I’m hoping to find someone handy and experienced with this type of repair, as I’ve had difficulty finding a blind company willing to repair blinds they didn’t originally install. Please let me know your experience with similar jobs and whether your quote includes labour and materials. Thanks!

My bedroom roller blind has fallen down because the mounting bracket that holds it in place has become bent (see photo). I need someone to inspect the bracket, repair or replace it as necessary, and reinstall the roller blind securely

Blinds fell off from wall, need someone who knows what they’re doing to reinstall them before a walkthrough. They were screwed on so may need to bring long screws to re-install.

Looking for someone to install/fix a roller blind bracket securely to the wall. I already have the roller blind and all the required parts/brackets, I just need someone with the right tools to drill and fix the bracket to the wall properly. The blind itself then just slots into the bracket. The current bracket (pictured; in black), is broken. Should be a quick, straightforward job for someone skilled at general wall mounting.

My roller blind has suddenly stopped rolling. It's fully closed and won't open (roller upwards) anymore. Still fully attached. Not sure what the issue is. Hoping someone can fix this asap

I need the brackets securely mounted, the blinds attached and levelled, and each blind tested to make sure it raises and lowers properly. I am renting and am looking for a blind to be installed within the window frame for sun and heat blocking. The window already has shutters so I need something to go on the inside of the frame. I have taken measurements (below) but they are rough so I would prefer if you came to take measurements. Because I am renting I would like the cheapest option that is not going to do too much damage to the window frame, even something temporary but that is easy to use. I have not purchased anything and am looking for assistance with this. Approx measurements: 8.5 - depth 144.5 - height 177 - width

The Venetian blind in our living room no longer locks/stays up when raised. The lift cord appears to have stopped engaging with the cord-lock mechanism, so we currently have to use a heavy object to keep the blind raised. Please inspect the blind and repair or replace the cord-lock mechanism so that the blind can be raised and securely stay up normally. Prefer someone experienced with Venetian blind repairs. Please advise if the cord lock can be replaced rather than replacing the entire blind.
