Unscrew roller blinds brackets

My anxious dog decided to chew the bottom base rail of my blind, can’t find replacements online and considering buying new blinds but hoping for a price to fix first

The blind cord is broken, due to this the blind can't be open

The bottom rail has come off majority of the blind. Need someone with the right tools and knowledge to reconnect it.

I’ve got a cellular blind that has stopped going up and down. I’ve removed it from the bracket and it seems like the cords are tangled. I need the cords fixed and the blind reattached to the brackets.
