I need an experienced handy person to install my new skylight blinds in the living area. They are from blinds online (please see link for instructions below and pics) They have a click lock no drill mechanism and installation should be easy. I need to move a blind from the bedroom into the lounge room.

Two of the blinds need fixing. One has the chain that we took off in an attempt to fix a jammed issue, and can now no longer put it back on. The other blind is jammed, think it might be a similar chain issue.
