3 venetian blinds for smallish windows - not full length and 1 vertical blind

The roller blind chain has come off due to a mangled connector. I need help to remove the blind in order to rechain. The pin wheel seems stuck.

The chain on my blinds broke a few months ago. I have now tried to install a new chain but the blind just falls down when I roll it up to the top.
