Currently having front garden landscaped and need to install new freestanding letterbox at the front of my property. Flexible with timing; however, keen for installation as soon as possible. Job includes: Prepare/dig the area where the letterbox will be installed. Be mindful of surrounding garden as filled with succulents/cacti. Create a suitable concrete footing/base Position and level the letterbox correctly Securely fix/bolt the letterbox to the concrete base. Ensure the letterbox is straight, stable and professionally finished. Leave the surrounding area neat and tidy. Letterbox is ready to be installed. Quick set concrete can be supplied or supplied by tasker. Masonry drill needed; masonry bolts supplied with letterbox. Tasker will need to supply: Concrete/quick-set concrete * (option to be supplied). Fixings/bolts if additional ones are required All necessary tools and equipment. Previous experience with letterbox installation or similar small concreting/handyman work please. Replace 5 existing ceiling fans with 5 new ones. No supply of fans required Fans 1 & 2 - replace 2 existing AC fans with 2 DC fans. Need to remove old, install new, remove switch plate and make safe. I’ll patch the hole. Fans 3, 4, 5 - replace 3 existing AC fans with 3 AC fans. Need to remove old, install new, replace switch plate with new ones. All fans being installed into existing locations. No new wiring required. All fans purchased already from Beacon, all from the Lucci range - see pics. Ceiling height is c.2.5m, standard height.

Looking for someone experienced in wall patching and paint touch-up repairs for end-of-lease preparation. There are multiple holes (two from TV installation) and some small holes, screw holes, hook damage, chipped paint and minor wall marks across some wall that need repairing and blending back in professionally. Some spare paint is available yet tools will be required to use. Tasks include: * Remove remaining wall hooks/brackets if needed * Fill TV and screw holes and wall damage * Sand smooth * Patch chipped plaster areas * Colour match paint as closely as possible * Touch-up/repaint repaired sections so they blend into wall * Clean up after completion Wall is painted white/light off-white.
