We have a concrete awning which has reinforcing rods strengthening it. Water has gotten into the rods, rust has set in, the rods have expanded causing the concrete to crack and come away. I need this resolved to the point that I can repaint it. This can be either: 1. the rust stabilised on the rods and the concrete patched; or 2. the entire awning demolished and replaced.
