A heritage fireplace that needs following work done: Bricks thoroughly cleaned and soot removed, bricks to then be repointed, and painted black; tiles to be removed and new ones laid; and the timber surrounds to be cleaned, lightly sanded and painted (colour TBC). And canopy to be removed and thoroughly cleaned and painted black, and put back on.

Small garden shed needs to be taken down and rebuilt with shelving added. H166cm x 104cm x W118cm. A lot of the external wood can be reused/similar design with new. Budget listed just for labour not including materials, happy to negotiate pricing.

My Attic Ladder has slipped down due to loose bolts/fastener/washer. You can see the bolt and the bracket on the wooden ladder that connects to the ceiling panel.
