Need door handle, lock and 2 hinges installed on door - existing handle was a mortise lock but there has been timber installed in the old mortise opening - re fit 2 new hinges - 1 x passage handle and stirker plate - 1 x lock and striker plate - you might need to adjust the existing holes to suit new lock Photo is of the existing door, and other photo is the same locks on another door in the house Locks are supplied

We split our room so our window is now narrower. Need someone with the right gear to cleanly cut down our double roller blinds to fit the new size. You’ll just need to trim the internal metal tubes, cut the fabric straight so it doesn't fray, and pop them back into the brackets. Please bring your own tools like a metal saw, sharp cutter, etc. We dont have the tools to cut it. Looking for a quick, fixed-price quote for the job.

Job details: * Install 5 hooks evenly spaced on a plasterboard wall. * The wall appears to have a cavity with brick behind it (not just plasterboard), so you’ll need to determine the appropriate fixing method. * Hooks and the screws supplied with them are provided. * Please supply any suitable wall plugs or fixings required to ensure the hooks are secure for everyday use (coats, bags, etc.). * You’ll need your own tools, including drill, drill bits, level, stud finder (if required), and any other equipment needed for a neat installation. I’m looking for someone who will: * Measure and space the hooks evenly. * Install them level and securely. * Minimise any damage to the wall and leave the area clean afterwards. Please let me know your experience with similar installations.

Replacement of the lights in my ceiling fan

Bought two shelves made by Ikea from marketplace - need them fixed to a rendered brick wall in the kitchen. Also want 6 screws into brick outside so i can put up something.

I have two ikea floating shelves that i want put up in the kitchen but i have had issues before drilling into the walls so want someone who knows what they are doing. The walls are rendered over old bricks. You need the correct drill, drill-bit and supports for screws as well as spirit level to get the shelves straight. Please note i actually have done this myself once before on another wall but used incorrect drill bit which made the hole unnecessarily big and will require patching before moving out - hence figured I’d get someone with exp. this time - but I know it will take very little time if you have the correct drill/skill It’s a rental property… I also have 6 other individual small holes to drill outside into the bricks (so I can put up some outdoor pots on the wall.)

We have a concrete awning which has reinforcing rods strengthening it. Water has gotten into the rods, rust has set in, the rods have expanded causing the concrete to crack and come away. I need this resolved to the point that I can repaint it. This can be either: 1. the rust stabilised on the rods and the concrete patched; or 2. the entire awning demolished and replaced. I would recommend that a site visit be undertaken before you quote.
