Need an experienced Handyman or Carpenter to adjust/realign an internal wooden door. The door frame/door has dropped due to settlement, causing uneven gaps (top right is too wide / door rubbing). May need hinge adjustment, shimming, or planing the door edge if required. Please supply your own tools.

Repair of very small wall damage in stairwell

We are looking for an experienced plasterer with cornice repair experience to repair approximately 3.8 metres of existing decorative cornice in our home in Hawthorn East. The cornice has developed cracks at a join and along the lower edge, with some areas of the finish appearing loose or chipped. Work required: Inspect the damaged cornice and assess the cause of the cracking. Repair and secure the existing cornice where possible. Repair the cracked join and damaged lower edge, including filling and making good. Sand and prepare the repaired areas for painting. Pictures are attached. Thanks

I have 3 minor tasks to be completed. #1. A door handle has come out. I would like to put that back in #2. The sliding garbage drawer in the kitchen has lost one screw and therefor isn’t sliding in smoothly as it is leaning in one direction. I don’t have the screw so I would like someone to come and fix that #3. The toilet roll holder is wonky - as in it’s not stable and moving. I would like to make it more stable. The pictures are all are attached. I think it will make a maximum of 1-1.5 hour (this is my reading) and that’s how I have priced it.

Wanted to have a few things hung - one large mirror, 4 wall artworks next to each other, framed painting. Totally no more than 1 hour of work. Mirror and frame with white artwork is about 8-10 kgs. Will give you a hand with it. Others less than 3 kgs each. The 4 tall black artwork panels are to be attached next to each other in a row. They have a metal hook that will hold the piece to the screw on the wall.
