Details: • Residential property • Single level house on stumps • Access appears straightforward Scope required: • Full gutter cleaning (all leaves and debris removed) • Clean roof valleys (if present) • Downpipe cleaning including clearing of the first elbow • Downpipe flushing using water (hose) for each pipe • Confirm all downpipes are included and flowing freely (no backup at gutter level) • Removal of all debris from site (not left on roof or garden) • Basic check for any visible issues (loose gutters, blockages, leaks) During the job, I would like each downpipe to be flushed for ~1–2 minutes to confirm there is no backup or overflow at gutter level. Please share photos of before & after.
