Clean gutters, not very dirty

I am looking for a qualified and insured professional to complete gutter cleaning at two residential properties: The gutters are fairly clean already with only light debris, so this should be a straightforward job. 1. Property 1: Located in Berwick 2. Property 2: Located in Narre Warren South Both homes require a full gutter clean, including removal of leaves and debris, checking downpipes for blockages, and ensuring proper water flow.

I need someone to go around the house and clean outside of the gutters (not inside, as that has already been done). They need a good scrub to get the old dirt/grime off of them (I think a blue non-scratch chux scourer and microfibre cloth + soapy water would work best) but I am open to suggestions to get the best clean. I have already done the front left part of the home but ran out of time to keep going. I probably didn't do the best job there, so go over that part again please. I reckon the job will take about 3 hours (the part I did took about 30 minutes), so I am happy to offer $200 for that. Address is 14 Tasman Avenue, Belmont. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Hi there, I’ve got three downpipes with weeds growing out of the top of the gutters. This seems to be caused by an almost 90-degree bend at the top of each downpipe where it turns back toward the wall and traps debris.
