I need someone to install a Beninca gate system on my existing gates. Both arms “motors” and control unit already here. Instruction manual also present. Just don’t have the time to get it done myself. Power point already installed next to gates from old existing gate system.

Need it fixed and change motor if needed.

The gate gets stuck part-way when opening or closing. I suspect something is wrong with one of the gears as it doesn’t appear to be an issue with the electronics. I can get it to open/close if I give it a hard push while pressing the remote.

Gate opens but does not stop at the end, possible issue with limit switch. It then goes in a loop and doesn’t stop until button pressed. Only moves one way, not two ways.

Timber securing hinges to timber door needs replacing (as do the hinges). I have timber, hinges and screws just need install. You will need a few nails. Timber is hard wood.

Install a supplied mechanical combination lock on an external timber gate in Mosman. Remove the existing lock, fit and align the new lock and strike, and make sure it opens by code outside and handle inside. Gate width - 5 cm - should fit the lock. My timber gate has broken the timber post it was hinged to. The existing post needs to be removed, a new treated pine post installed in concrete, and the gate rehung with the existing hinges if possible. The gate should be aligned so it opens and closes properly.

Reattach the fence panel to the timber post (panel has separated from the post). Repair the cracked bottom timber rail of the fence panel, or replace it if it cannot be repaired. Looking for a handyman or fencer to reinstall a timber gate with steel frame that was removed on side of our house for construction in the backyard. Hole for post is still there, gate still attached to post, latch still attached to externall wall of house. One missing panel that was damaged in the removal.
