The double swing gate with Aleko opener • One leaf is noticeably faster than the other • The closing part is not done properly and completely closed Unsure if the problem is aging motor, hinges, uneven ground or whatever issues, wanna it be fixed and open & close properly

The gate is currently rubbing on the fence due to misalignment. May involve bit of concrete work as the gate may misalign due to block moving and there were two big trees until recent.

One side of front gate not returning to closed position. Motor is working but something must be wrong or disconnected with the return mechanism. I have had to disengage the lock/unlock grey lever to open and close that side of the gate.

Issue with sensor - the gate opens fine but if you drive through a bit late while it's starting to close the safety triggers to reopen (as it should) however once it reopens it gets stuck in the open position. It refuses to close again unless I completely reset the system (sometimes it takes 2 resets to get it working again)

I have 2 gates Filo 400 with Controller CL101 - I have approximately 8 Remotes- ECC05B0 / two wifi controllers Bidi-Wifi and an external keypad EDSWG I need them programmed. its not all working properly I would suggest factory reset on all and all keys are repaired.

Can’t get the gate to work. Has power. It is a beninca turbo. Intercom has no power idk if that is the issue.

The mounting plate where the automatic gate motor articulates has become detached from the post it was initially spot welded to.
