Issue with sensor - the gate opens fine but if you drive through a bit late while it's starting to close the safety triggers to reopen (as it should) however once it reopens it gets stuck in the open position. It refuses to close again unless I completely reset the system (sometimes it takes 2 resets to get it working again)

I have 2 gates Filo 400 with Controller CL101 - I have approximately 8 Remotes- ECC05B0 / two wifi controllers Bidi-Wifi and an external keypad EDSWG I need them programmed. its not all working properly I would suggest factory reset on all and all keys are repaired.

Can’t get the gate to work. Has power. It is a beninca turbo. Intercom has no power idk if that is the issue.

My automatic sliding gate is currently not opening or closing properly and needs repair. The issue appears to be with the gate latch/receiver and alignment near the brick pillar. The metal catch that locks into the wall-mounted receiver is misaligned or not engaging correctly, which is preventing the gate from operating as it should.

Automatic Gate motor is not working.

Anyone installed these before? Looking for someone who know what they are doing

The mounting plate where the automatic gate motor articulates has become detached from the post it was initially spot welded to. I'm looking for someone experienced in metal work and welding to prepare the mounting surface on the post to enable the reattachment the mounting plate and weld the plate back in place.

Looking for a handyman to tidy up a timber gate post that was poorly built. It’s structurally fine but the outer boards are uneven and patched. Job would involve: Removing some outer boards Re-cladding with straight timber Squaring up edges Filling/sanding joins Prepping ready for paint (or painting if possible) I have timber offcuts available that can be used. Located in Brunswick East. Flexible with timing but hoping to get it done soon as the house is being prepared for sale.

We have an old timber painted gate. The timber is rotting so I need a timber replica built and hinges and latch moved from old to new gate. Task would include buying materials, making the new gate and installing.

To replace a sideway timber gate (making from scratch or custom a pre made one). We need a new gate, frame, hinges, lock and installation.

Raise timber gate by 10cm. Add a 10cm high block of wood underneath the raised gate so minimal gap to ground. No painting required

Gate is lightly/partially sanded. Need it fully sanded (one side only) in preparation for staining by myself.

Custom built timber gate needs to be modified with a cut-out to accommodate new PVC pipe that is mounted close by. Gate needs to be reattached more securely to the wall (anchors have come away several times previously). Gate needs to be reswung and adjusted so latch/bolt fits keeper.
