Need Gas & electrical check certificate for a 3 bedroom house in Mulgrave

I want an assessment of cost for replacing the gas cooktop in my kitchen with an electric cooktop.

Seeking a licensed gasfitter to decommission and take away a Rinnai Energysaver flued gas wall furnace from my apartment in St Kilda. Photos attached showing the unit inside and the balanced-flue terminal on the external brick wall. Scope: - Isolate supply and disconnect the appliance - Cap the redundant gas branch at the nearest practical accessible point (not just the appliance stub) - Pressure/leak test the remaining gas installation - Lift the heater off its wall bracket - Seal the redundant flue internally: trim the ducts back flush, pack ducts and the annular gap with mineral wool, and seal airtight with foil tape and sealant — not expanding foam alone. Finish flush or slightly recessed, ready for plastering. External terminal stays in situ as the weather seal - Remove and dispose of the unit (mostly metal, suitable for scrap) - Issue a Victorian plumbing compliance certificate for the gasfitting work Not required: - No external work and no ladder — the flue terminal remains on the wall untouched - Making good — I’m handling all plaster repair and painting myself Details: - Unit is plug-in via a standard power point, so no electrical disconnection needed - Easy internal access at floor level - Around 1–1.5 hours on site, plus cartage - Flexible on timing, weekday or weekend Please include your gasfitting licence number and confirm the compliance certificate and sealing materials are included in your price.

Connecting new gas lines and water lines where they have been removed or tampered with

Require the gas main to be capped at outgoing line at meter.

One of the burners in the gas stove won’t stay lit. It ignites as long as you hold the switch(knob) but it does not stay ignited

Requiring the installation of a gas fitting for our barbecue as well as finalising the water and waste connections. My hope is to hook into pex hose in roof and run copper pipe down the wall in close proximity to the existing water connections. Please see photos for further reference. I have also provided photos of all hosing currently connected to the barbecue for reference.

I need a certified plumber to disconnect and cap the gas line below the cook top due to kitchen renovation due that the customer will have an electrical cooktop instead. Just disconnect, cap the copper line at the wall. Must provide certificate Probably less than half hr job. Give me an offer and happy to sort out through here or onsite.

Disconnect gas cooktop from gas supply and disconnect copper pipe back to metre at front of house. Pipe goes over top of house, which is two storey, so you'll need a suitable ladder. Pipe to be cut into 1m lengths.

Need kitchen sink, gas cooktop and tap disconnected for kitchen demolition and complete removal. Need them all completely removed to within wall cavity. Please note that gas has been fully disconnected from the property, so there is actually no gas running to the cooktop. It just needs to be removed to any point within the wall.

Oven not staying on when on low setting

I have a solar boosted gas hot water instantaneous unit with tank. Need to get it repiped and convert to just gas instantaneous unit.

Gas pilot has been off for more than 2 weeks. A licenced plumber needed to ensure hot water and ducted heating is accessed 24/7 to home.

Disconnect, cap/seal, and remove an existing gas heater from a single-level house (see picture of the old brown unit). Unsure if flued or unflued. Gas supply must be safely isolated and compliant with relevant regulations. Disposal of the heater is not required (can be left on site). Easy access with power and water available on the property. Hi there, Calling all gas Braemar central heating specialists - following attached errors have come up . Could be simple or more involved - also gas fireplace has stopped working too.
