Pinnacle workbench (approx 1.2m long) sitting in corner of room - can be lifted with one person but now has a pegboard attached behind which is too much work to take down. I've already removed the skirting board. I need you to: Day #1 - Carpet - Uplift Carpet (Carpet Grippers already removed) - Carpet Bailing (removal) - Furniture Assistance (only an IKEA wardrobe I can't lift myself) - Supply self-levelling compound - Levelling floor Day #2 - Supply Finishing Bar - Floorboard Install - Skirting Board - Reinstate Bylaws: • Instruct contractors to avoid the lifts for transporting building materials • Ensure that the site is left clean and tidy upon completion of the job, don’t use common property for waste (bring it with you) • Ensure that neighbours are respected • Make sure no damage is caused as a result of the installation. Hunters work was really good, it’s a great finish and he was super thorough. Honest guy who is easy enough to deal with. He had some hurdles in his family life which blew the timings of this task out by 2 weeks but he worked hard to make up time after hours etc.
