Hi all. Am looking for someone to install Hybrid planks and skirting boards in x2 rooms and the adjacent passageway, in a residential property. The total area is about 21.5m2. The area: - room 1 (3.9m x 2.5m); - room 2 (3.1m x 2.7m); - passageway (3m x 1m); and - Skirting boards for all of the above. - Note: there is an adjacent laundry and bathroom, so will need Waterproof transition trim. There is also a Closet and Linen Closet in the area. The hybrid planks, and painted skirting boards, are ready for installation. All of the floor prep (i.e. levelling etc. is done). Roll it all up and dispose of it on the front lawn. 3. Prepare subfloor by removing all nails etc and install new laminate floor boards WITH underlay to these rooms. Please note before quoting: Master bedroom has two built in robes, both have carpet to be removed and both require laminate installed.
