I will be removing all the old flooring so it will just be the slab ready to go. New hybrid flooring is already purchased and here ready to go. Will also be reusing the current scotia. On the floor plan it’s just the Living, Kitchen, dining, storeroom, and the small hallway outside the L’dry and Bed 2

Floor uneven in entrance to downstairs room, between tiling in old structure and bedroom extension, and needs to be levelled appropriately to install flooring. install Rubber wet pour flooring int a 3.5 x 3.5 m area. The ground has been prepared and the shock pads have been installed. The materials have been procured - this is a labour only requirement, The job requires a 10mm layer applying on the top off the rubber surface. This is due to the finished product having some colour discrepancies.

Trim existing floorboards, remove any existing glue on concrete, cut and install new engineered floorboards which I will supply, glue new floorboards to concrete to neatly match existing floorboards using tongue and groove if possible. I will provide the glue. Prefer job done by someone with experience in laying similar engineered floor boards. Need to bring own tools for job.
