Just need the corridor flooring completed please: -Fix/tighten placement of the current floorboards in corridor (one board is broken and just needs replacing) -Remove the remaining old skirting inside the shoe cupboard, cut and lay out floorboards inside cupboard. -Place skirting boards throughout the corridor. Please have your own tools, I have the floorboards ready. If you are available Monday 15th, Tuesday 16th or Wednesday 17th for this job. Preferably morning arrival, around 9-10am please. Please let me know how long the job would take.

I have timber rot in the lower section of an external ground floor door frame (bottom of the jamb on one side). The timber is soft and needs to be properly cut out and repaired or replaced. There is also a section of internal skirting board nearby that needs replacing to match the existing profile. Scope: - Cut out and replace rotten section of door jamb - Replace damaged internal skirting board (ideally is but doesn’t need to be a perfect match) - Leave ready for painting The door opens onto a brick-paved courtyard. There may be moisture contributing to the damage, so I’m looking for someone experienced who can advise on the correct long-term fix. This is an older solid brick home in Melbourne.
