Skirting board in the bathroom seems to have come loose from the wall. Not sure if its from shower leakage or just age. Also need shower head tightened

Hi all, Looking for a carpenter/ handyman to repair or replace a water damaged skirting board. It is just the one wall that needs fixing. Water issues have already been fixed now just need to fix up the left over damaged board. The board is currently dried out.

There is a nail head sticking out behind the skirting need it removed so doesn’t scratch toliet door and skirting fitted back properly
