We are in the process of replacing some of the skirting boards in a flat. And need help finishing up. 1. Underneath our sliding door/window. In the living room. 4.36 m 2. Under the corner window of the bedroom. 1.3 m x 1.3. 3. Under our glass door in the office. 1.4 m In addition to replacing the skirting board, we wish to put insulation (blue xps board- we can supply) layer behind the skirting in the bedroom. We have started a similar process in the office. See a photo. The tasks include - remove the skirting board in the bedroom (already done in office and living room) - prep the area to receive the skirting board (clean, remove nails and other necessary bits and pieces). - supply the skirting board (not mdf) height varies. - put insulation behind the skirting board in the bedroom similar to what was already done in the office. (Glued. We have the appropriate glue.) see photo attached. - clean up and dispose waste - optional: paint the board. Cheers

Looking for a carpenter who can remove existing skirting boards that are damaged from a puppy/old woodworm damage and install new skirting. About 6m in total (including up a step) (We have the new skirting boards)

Sand wall and add approx 3-5 more white gloss tiles to bathroom wall (see photo), between vanity and shower. (8 x 300x600mm tiles supplied). Also cut a smallish piece of skirting board to fit under drawer of vanity which comes out right against the wall, and glue/secure it back in place. No painting needed

Some water dropped from heating to sub floor, the subfloor has been treated, however, carpet has been pulled up and skirting board taken off due to some mould. Need carpet relaid (we have plenty spare) and skirting board replaced… likely a trip to Bunnings required. Not sure on costs, but will pay for any materials so assume budget range is for labour only. I have two bedrooms that I am getting floorboards put in. Have removed the existing skirting boards prior to the floor boards, Wanting someone to come in and install new skirting boards. My plan is to paint the boards after installation, so wanting a primed MDF It will be about 3 walls of each bedroom. Total linear metre about 20 metres. See plan I will pay for the skirting boards separately. Cost is for installation labour which includes the installation, filling in nail holes/mitre joint gaps etc, sand of filled areas. The wall is plasterboard i believe. The floor has been levelled so hoping the board will be flush to the floorboards, but if not will need to trim the bottom the board accordingly Hoping to have this done later in the week eg Wed/Thurs/Friday

You will need to supply your own tools, including a drop saw/mitre saw, nail gun and standard carpentry tools.The job includes: Measure and cut 3 sections of 140mm primed MDF skirting board to fit. Install the skirting using adhesive and fixings. Ensure everything is level and neatly finished. Remove and dispose of any offcuts. I will complete the filling, caulking, sanding and painting myself, so I'm only looking for the skirting to be professionally installed. The room is empty and has easy access. Looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, as this is a high-end cosmetic clinic.

Hi I need a skilled carpenter to install an internal door for me. I also need a skirting board replaced. I’ve already purchased a door (not pre hung) hinges and the skirting. Door handles to be swapped from previous door. If possible putty to also be applied to the small part of damaged door frame (I don’t have any putty you would need to bring). Please have insurance.
