Find reliable baseboards services in VIC

It looks like there might be some mold on the baseboard. I’m not sure whether it needs to be repaired or replaced. If we don’t fix it, what are the potential consequences?

* Removing the skirting boards on both sides of the fridge opening (approximately 700mm on each side, or as required). * Repairing and patching the wall after removal. * Sanding and repainting to match the existing wall. * Applying a neat caulk finish where the wall meets the floor.

I have three swollen skirting boards that need to be repaired or replaced. They are installed on top of the tiled flooring in the bathroom and toilet. If anyone can take a look at the photos, could you please provide me with a quote?

Hi. One of the skirting board (architrave) for living area is damaged due to rain water penetration. Looking for fixing it. Photos attached.

A leak from the bathroom shower damaged the skirting boards on the next wall. They were removed. The wall has been impacted slightly but should be fine for new skirting boards to be installed as the damage is limited to the very bottom of the wall. I have the skirting board - it just needs to be cut to size and installed. Roughly 104cm by 130cm in terms of size. Friday morning would work but Saturday early morning also available.

Need a small area of skirting board replaced

Hi I need a skilled carpenter to install an internal door for me. I also need a skirting board replaced. I’ve already purchased a door (not pre hung) hinges and the skirting. Door handles to be swapped from previous door. If possible putty to also be applied to the small part of damaged door frame (I don’t have any putty you would need to bring). Please have insurance.

I have timber rot in the lower section of an external ground floor door frame (bottom of the jamb on one side). The timber is soft and needs to be properly cut out and repaired or replaced. There is also a section of internal skirting board nearby that needs replacing to match the existing profile. Scope: - Cut out and replace rotten section of door jamb - Replace damaged internal skirting board (ideally is but doesn’t need to be a perfect match) - Leave ready for painting The door opens onto a brick-paved courtyard.
