Four skirting boards to be put in a 4x3 area. I have the skirting boards painted and ready to go.

​I need a handyperson to repair a damaged section of a timber floor, skirting board, and wall base where a fitting or doorstop used to be. ​Scope of work includes: ​Skirting & Wall Base: Repair the gap/hole at the base of the wall where the skirting board is broken and exposed. ​Timber Flooring: Fix or patch the worn/blemished section of the hardwood timber floor next to the wall (there is an old bracket imprint and exposed wood grain that needs sanding, filling, or patching). ​Requirements: ​Please bring your own tools, wood filler, and materials required for timber and skirting repairs. ​Looking for someone with experience in carpentry, flooring touch-ups, or general home maintenance. ​I’ve attached photos showing the exact area. We need a few small-ish jobs done in our laundry and bathroom. 1: skirting board installation (please refer to the first photo). Most skirting boards have been installed however there are a few small edges that have not been installed including inside our linen closet. I've measured approx 3 metres all up. 2: we need handles installed with a drill to this cupboard (refer to photo 2). 3: we need the front panel of this cabinet installed (refer to pics 3 and 4). 4: around the edge of the toilet needs to be corked/siliconed. Please let me know if you can do part or all of the jobs. Thank you!

The carpet in the corner of my bedroom was water damaged, along with the skirting board and both need replacing. The carpet is approximately 1 square meter and I have the replacement carpet. I also have the replacement skirting board which is MDF. Need all replaced to look like new as I’m in the process of selling the property.

Looking for someone with experience in caulking to finish the skirting boards throughout the ground floor and a room upstairs of our home. I was originally planning to do it myself, but I’ve been procrastinating, so I’d rather have a professional get it done properly. The job involves caulking the gaps between the skirting boards and the walls/floor to leave a neat, clean finish. Please see the attached photos for an idea of the work. We have a limited budget, but we’re happy to supply all required caulk and materials, so we’re mainly looking for labour.

Need about 15cm of skirting board put back in place. I have some existing board from another wall as shown in photo. No painting necessary as I will be painting part of this room anyway, would just like it glued back in place and the gap filled so it looks as neat as possible.

Install the skirting using adhesive and fixings. Ensure everything is level and neatly finished. Remove and dispose of any offcuts. Hi I need a skilled carpenter to install an internal door for me. I also need a skirting board replaced. I’ve already purchased a door (not pre hung) hinges and the skirting. Door handles to be swapped from previous door. If possible putty to also be applied to the small part of damaged door frame (I don’t have any putty you would need to bring). Please have insurance.

I have timber rot in the lower section of an external ground floor door frame (bottom of the jamb on one side). The timber is soft and needs to be properly cut out and repaired or replaced. There is also a section of internal skirting board nearby that needs replacing to match the existing profile. Scope: - Cut out and replace rotten section of door jamb - Replace damaged internal skirting board (ideally is but doesn’t need to be a perfect match) - Leave ready for painting The door opens onto a brick-paved courtyard. There may be moisture contributing to the damage, so I’m looking for someone experienced who can advise on the correct long-term fix. This is an older solid brick home in Melbourne.
