I require the skirting boards pictured with the tape measure to be replaced and the timber mould at the bottom which I have. I don’t have new skirting board. I work from home Thursday and Friday so either of those days would be ideal. I also require the timber mould to be replaced in a couple of spots also pictured. I have enough length for all the replacements. No painting required it will be done down the track.

Main room: Skirting: MDF MOULDING COLONIAL+140X18MM 5.4M PRIMED Room is 4.7m × 2.7m Boards are 5m lengths, so each wall is a single piece with no joins 4 internal corners to mitre (or cope) Additional areas: A few smaller sections (see photos) with more short pieces and cuts Scope of work: Cut and install all skirting boards Clean, tight mitre joints on all corners Glue or nail boards in place Fill nail holes Caulk the top edge and all joints Old skirting boards have already been removed. The walls are clear and ready to go. Painting not required

I have 4 rooms approx 20 m2 each. The skirting boards are for a period home and so are approx 185mm high. The person needs to have installed skirting boards before and understand scribing the boards in the corners and be able to do it I’m happy to provide the materials. Note that one of the walls has a bend in it under the bay window. The walls are brick.

Remove 3 curtains & curtain tracks - Uninstall and remove 3 existing curtains including the tracks. - Please note that one curtain is installed approximately 3.3m high, so suitable ladder/equipment will be required. - The curtain tracks have been taped onto the window frames. All tape, glue and adhesive residue left on the window frames/walls must be thoroughly removed and cleaned off, without damaging the frames. - Curtains are to be kept, not disposed of. 2. Install skirting board - Supply and install approximately 5.4m of skirting board. - Match the existing skirting board style and colour. - Please specify whether materials are included in your quote. 3. Remove & dispose of wall panels - Remove existing decorative wall panels that have been glued directly onto the concrete wall. - Dispose of all removed panels. - Take reasonable care to minimise damage to the wall during removal. Please bring all necessary tools and equipment. When quoting, please confirm what is included in the price, particularly materials and disposal fees.

We just installed a new outside bar and it is complete except for a skirting board at the back and waterproof caulking around. Require the trade to supply all materials. See images attached with further instructions.

This skirting board had some moisture damage in the bathroom on right side. The moisture has been fixed, but the skirting board was damaged and the backing has also collapsed in the damaged area. The length of the skirting board is approximately 22cm long x 6cm. I need the wall cavity packed out/patched and a new section of moisture-resistant skirting board fitted and sealed. I have completed some works at home and now need assistance in plastering a hole in the wall measuring 35x72cm with the skirting board section below also requiring replacing. Looking for someone to come asap to fix up, no need to paint, I can sort that out.

Sand wall and add approx 3-5 more white gloss tiles to bathroom wall (see photo), between vanity and shower. (8 x 300x600mm tiles supplied). Also cut a smallish piece of skirting board to fit under drawer of vanity which comes out right against the wall, and glue/secure it back in place. No painting needed

Some water dropped from heating to sub floor, the subfloor has been treated, however, carpet has been pulled up and skirting board taken off due to some mould. Need carpet relaid (we have plenty spare) and skirting board replaced… likely a trip to Bunnings required. Not sure on costs, but will pay for any materials so assume budget range is for labour only. I have two bedrooms that I am getting floorboards put in. Have removed the existing skirting boards prior to the floor boards, Wanting someone to come in and install new skirting boards. My plan is to paint the boards after installation, so wanting a primed MDF It will be about 3 walls of each bedroom. Total linear metre about 20 metres. See plan I will pay for the skirting boards separately. Cost is for installation labour which includes the installation, filling in nail holes/mitre joint gaps etc, sand of filled areas. The wall is plasterboard i believe. The floor has been levelled so hoping the board will be flush to the floorboards, but if not will need to trim the bottom the board accordingly Hoping to have this done later in the week eg Wed/Thurs/Friday

Install the skirting using adhesive and fixings. Ensure everything is level and neatly finished. Remove and dispose of any offcuts. I will complete the filling, caulking, sanding and painting myself, so I'm only looking for the skirting to be professionally installed. The room is empty and has easy access.
