Hello, I removed two built-in drawers in my apartment bedrooms & now need to cover the patch where they were with carpet to match the rest of the room. I have both the carpet & underlay from the living room (where I have removed the carpet) - I just need someone to install it.

I have a 2-in-1 job that I need help with. I have a section of laminate flooring in my living room that has swelled and cracked due to water damage from under the boards. The water appears to be leaking in from the window frame area, however it's difficult to be sure. The window outside appears to have several gaps where water may be entering from. The job would be to first find and patch the leaky area, then make sure it's sealed properly (we've had this issue before). After we're confident the leak is gone, we would need to replace a 1.5m x 1.5m section of the laminate flooring, and replace it with panels that match the existing color as closely as possible (it's fine if it's not exact, but we want it to be as close as possible). We'd want a handyman who has done work like this before so we can be confident that we will fix the problem once and for all.

Looking for a reliable handyman to repair a few small wall damages and fix a skirting board. The job involves making the wall look neat and unnoticeable — repainting only the patched areas, not the entire wall. Scope of work: 5 small holes on the wall (caused by furniture anchors) need patching and touch-up painting. Some wall paint has peeled off and needs smoothing and repainting to blend with existing paint. Skirting board requires reattachment and cosmetic repair in a few spots.
