Current flooring is tiles and only bedroom 1 is timber. Subfloor is concrete slab. Therefore no removal of current flooring is required. Open to using your hybrid flooring supply (warranty certificate required from your supplier, please provide brand used) or I supply. Looking to get the job done ASAP since the house is ready and vacant.
