My friend started a replacing the flooring in one room in my property but was unable to finish it. I need someone who is not trying to sell me floorboards but am able to just put in the labour to finish the job. It is a small room but it still requires some floorboards to be cut and the skirting boards to be cut and glued down.

Hi all ! I’m looking for someone to repair some damage to the laminate flooring in my rental apartment. A metal bed frame scratched the floor and peeled off the surface. From what I can tell, the damage is only on one floorboard (one plank), but I’m not sure if it can actually be repaired or if just that single plank can be replaced.
