I have a cracked tile in my bathroom that needs to be fixed. Should be an easy job for a tiler

The area between my tiles has gotten black due to accumulation of dirt, need to get it cleaned and looking white. Image 1 is what it looks like , need it to look like image 2

I'm looking for someone who has the correct equipment to remove old silicone and remove grout. The shower in the ensuite and bath shower in the main are the only two areas needed re-doint to refresh and keep the area water proof safe.
