Pressure wash an existing terracotta tiled roof from all the stains

Looking for a tiler to replace the pool water feature (if available this weekend) Happy for tiles to be installed over the top of the existing blue tiles on the wall, and I have tried to remove the tiles at the bottom basin lip into the pool as they where falling off (see 2nd picture). Price includes labour and supply of tiles. We have a number of tiles that are completely loose and need to be lifted cleaned up and then stuck down again. We also have tiles that are stuck down but drummy so probably the answer is tile adhesive injection. These are outdoor tiles and I believe the issue is due to pool tiling. Hello, We require an experienced Tiler to supply glue,grout and possibly 1 aluminium angle. Job is to lay a total of 23msq of floor tiles in the main office area , you MUST REMOVE and DISPOSE of old carpet (10.5msq) and Vinyl tile (12.5msq). There are 2 internal doors. I don't know- if the new tiles would fit under the doors or if maybe you saw a little off the wood from bottom of door? . There is also a small toilet area that measure 2msq. I will be supplying the Tiles ONLY. The new tiles in the office area's will be no less than 300mm x 300mm up to 450mm in size (not sure,we have not chosen a tile yet) and not sure of toilet tiles size either (they won't be mosaic,so don't worry). Please give me a fixed quote with no hidden surprise. I need this job done ASAP. I will be shopping for tiles tomorrow.
