It's a 1 bedroom apartment, Bedroom (small wardrobe) and Living room install; 32 m2. I've attached a layout of my unit, I forgot to include the space in the wardrobe but you get the picture. I've already removed the skirting board. I need you to: Day #1 - Carpet - Uplift Carpet (Carpet Grippers already removed) - Carpet Bailing (removal) - Furniture Assistance (only an IKEA wardrobe I can't lift myself) - Supply self-levelling compound - Levelling floor Day #2 - Supply Finishing Bar - Floorboard Install - Skirting Board - Reinstate Bylaws: • Instruct contractors to avoid the lifts for transporting building materials • Ensure that the site is left clean and tidy upon completion of the job, don’t use common property for waste (bring it with you) • Ensure that neighbours are respected • Make sure no damage is caused as a result of the installation. Clean off these rubber marks and scratches from floor and polish. I am not sure what the method would be but please let me know what you suggest! Space is approx. 10 x 20m however not all of the floor is damaged. I can provide a video or you are welcome to inspect. Thank you

Hunters work was really good, it’s a great finish and he was super thorough. Honest guy who is easy enough to deal with. He had some hurdles in his family life which blew the timings of this task out by 2 weeks but he worked hard to make up time after hours etc.
