Need floor sanded and varnished (3.6m x 4.6m room). Previously had carpets that have been removed (including nails and staples). Looking for quote.

These floorboards haven’t seen the light of day. Appear to be quite flat already. (Carpet was on top) have removed and punched all nails , removed staples. It’s ready for sanding and sealing ( only want a clear finish, nothing to wild) there’s a few minor repairs to do.

Just need Floorboards sanded and re-polished There is a bit of glue on the kitchen floor that will need to be remove I will install architraves after measurements are in photo

Floor Sanding - Floor Polishing /Clear coat. Task to blend affected area to the current floor, match as close as possible. Must have own tools/ floor sander, any polish/clear coat needed I will pay for on top of service.
