Wooden floor boards to be sanded. Two rooms on ground floor. Total space is 4.9m wide x 8m long = 39.2 square metre Old lino and underlay have been removed. We will apply the finish ourselves, so are just looking for someone to do the sanding. The space is the front two rooms and the hallway on the attached floorplan.
