Ensuring smooth, even finish throughout Floor area: Approx. 90 m² Floor condition: Good with some scratches You’ll need to provide: - Professional sanding equipment - Materials/products for filling and polishing Timing: Flexible — ideally completed between 10 Dec and 12 Dec.

Hi, I need help with a small timber floor repair. A few boards near the skirting have dark pet-stain marks (photos attached). I’m not sure if sanding alone will fix it or if the damaged boards need to be replaced.
