Entry, Main bedroom Kitchen, dining, lounge study & family room. Approx 115 sqm Entry & kitchen bedroom areas have no stain on floor boards as tiles & carpet have been pulled up. We will also need to source small timber pieces for replacing approximately 6-8 duct holes. Photos to come. Thanks Just an update. I would like Light to medium sand on timber surfaces Clean timber power wash and Seal with good quality sealer. Front Gate and Fence- approx 25sqm. Side deck including 4 steps 15sqm Rear deck including 3 corner steps and BbQ cabinet- 35sqm. There are 3 decking boards which are cracking away which will need replacing. Overall the deck is on good nick.
