We are looking for an experienced floor sanding professional to sand the existing timber warehouse floor back to raw/natural timber. Area: Approx. 375m² Floorboards have already been laid. Large, open warehouse area with easy access. No cutting-in, edging or detailed work required. Main requirement is to machine sand the entire floor back to raw timber, removing the existing surface, marks and coatings. please see Photos of Floor and Expected Result

Hi, looking for an experienced deck sander to come in and sand and prep and apply 2 coats of Feast & Watson Matt Merbau deck oil (supplied). 40m2 deck total plus 1.5m2 step. Tried an orbital sander by hand and gave up after one board, tried deck clean and pressure wash but wasn’t lifting stain off well. Need a full sand

Deck is 480cm x 680cm. Currently dark stain and hoping it can be stained a lighter colour. Several boards will need replacing towards the end as they have weathered over the years but I have a mate to do this.
