We are looking for an experienced flooring installer to replace laminate flooring in a three-storey house. The priority is to completely remove and replace the laminate flooring in two upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs hallway. We previously attempted this job ourselves, but the result was not satisfactory, so we are looking for someone who can professionally redo the entire area as soon as possible. The house also has two sets of stairs, and we would like to discuss replacing flooring throughout the rest of the house once the upstairs work has been completed. I have a 17 square meter wood deck. I want it sanded, cleaned and then stained over the course of a week. The deck is outdoors and needs thorough sanding and cleaning.
