We are wanting to lay luxury Vinyl planks in our new Nedlands house. The approx area is 68 sqm which includes living room, 3 bedrooms and hallway. There is old carpet that would need to be pulled up and disposed of. We have settlement on Tuesday (22/9) for the property so haven’t had a chance to rip up the carpet yet and see how ‘level’ the concrete floor is underneath. Because of the vinyl plank choice we understand that we might need the floor to be grinded (and leveled). I am looking for experienced trades in install of Vinyl planks (5mm approx). Would also be a bonus if you can remove and dispose of old carpet, level and prep the floor (if needed) and if you have supply of the vinyl planks (or can recommend a wholesaler I can view and choose planks).
