Install grout. Install caulking around balcony. Supply skip for rubbish. Plumber to install flashing prior to waterproofing. Balcony size is 8 metres x 4 meters plus border tile. I will supply tiles only

Four rooms and a small passage need to have new carpets and the old ones removed. There are furniture in the room so you will be moving the furniture to remove and install the carpet. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 30 November 2023

I need someone to remove glued floorboards from 2 rooms. It’s roughly 32sqm and it’s glued on concrete. We have started but we don’t have right tools for this job. Need someone who knows how to correctly lay roughly 20sqm of laminate flooring. It’s pretty straight the whole way. But there is a couple of tricky cuts required. Needs to be done ASAP as handover is Monday.
