3 bedrooms and 1 sitting area requires levelling using plywood (bedrooms only) and tongue and grove flooring installed. 1. Remove all skirting for all rooms 2. Cut and install plywood boards as underlay to level the bedrooms with the rest of the house as it is slightly lower 3. I spilled nail glue on the floor a few months ago and gradually been trying so hard to get it off, I tried acetone at first but it dried almost immediately. The white residue is probably cotton pads. I have been able to get it to fade by sanding it but figure I should leave the rest to someone else. If there's anyone who could get rid of the glue and apply polish over the top to make it blend back into the floor as much as possible that would be incredible.

We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. I’ve also included a picture of another room where we had the floor refinished. The wood in the kitchen is the same as this.

We are re-doing our kitchen and have removed the floor tiles. There is original timber flooring through most of the kitchen, with some protruding nails.
