We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. We are re-doing our kitchen and have removed the floor tiles. There is original timber flooring through most of the kitchen, with some protruding nails.
