Sand and polish my floors. The kitchen and living room built in cabinets will be removed as part of kitchen reno. The floors must be done between the strip out and installation. This will happen in next 5 to 7 weeks, dated TBC. Floor layout requiring sand and polish is marked in brown in the attached image. Floors of the bedrooms are floating hardwood and are cracking, if possible cracking should be fixed. Bedrooms do not require sand and polish.

We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished.
