Looking for an experienced flooring installer to install engineered timber flooring in a small apartment (approx. 24m² total). Existing carpet and underlay will be removed and disposed of prior to installation. Subfloor is a concrete slab, which will be exposed before installation. The slab is expected to be ready for install, however if minor preparation or levelling is required, this can be assessed on site and agreed as an additional cost. Scope of work includes installation of engineered timber flooring (visible in the photos)in the living room and bedroom. The floor boards are to run lengthwise toward balcony (long direction of space), continuously between the rooms with no transition strip and in a straight lay pattern. Please ensure random staggered joints (no repeating patterns), maintaining appropriate expansion gaps and a clean finish. No scotia or skirting required. The sliding door visible in the photos will be removed prior to the works commencing. Materials (supplied): - Engineered timber flooring (already purchased), plank size: 1900mm x 190mm; 26sqm - Acoustic underlay (high-performance, apartment compliant) - Transition trims (for doorway and tiles) - If any other materials are required, I will be happy to provide them. Apartment is located on second floor with lift access. On- street parking only. The following details are required from contractor by the Body Corporate: - Trade/s license/registration (must be current) - Trade/s insurance (must be current) - Contractor contract Exact timing is flexible within a few days after 20 April. Need a handy person to install sheet vinyl (already sourced) on top of existing vinyl in bathroom/toilet and seal around sides. 2.5 x2m room. Small area but lots of precise cutting around pipes, skirting, toilets, etc. BYO tools.

Need hybrid flooring installed and skirting board replaced in a living room/kitchen, approximately 5.5x6m. Hybrid flooring has been purchased and is located in the unit. Skirting board material has not been purchased. Property will be vacated for the task.

Approximately 15 square metres of 25 year old water damaged floating floor boards are to be pulled up and replaced with matching recycled timber floor boards (on hand). A workstation is to be moved before and after the reflooring (I can offer assistance in that part of the task). The replacement floor boards are to be cut (scored and snapped) to measure by supplied (brand new) Stanley knife and steel square / straight edge. Warped boards to be moved (via supplied trolley) to waste bins on site - one trip only will be required and can be done when the job is complete and when exiting the apartment building.

We have a our floor covered with interlocking rubber tiles at the moment, however we would like to install a wood look floating floor (eg. vinyl tiles or similar). Is approximately 40m2. The space already has existing underlay in the green section of the attached floor plan. The yellow section is timber, and would need underlay (which we could supply). Purple section includes a small bathroom (no shower), which has an existing vinyl floor, that scoops up the wall for waterproofing. See additional photos for some of the office space too. Happy to discuss price further. We would likely supply the tiles ourselves.

Sand and polish timber kitchen and laundry floorboards. The kitchen is 5.0m x 3.65m and the laundry is 3.5m x 1.75m. Both rooms are completely empty. The kitchen floorboards are wider hardwood and the laundry floorboards are narrower.
