I require the removal of a small balcony deck in an apartment and the re-laying and staining of the new deck. Timber will be supplied.

I’m moving out and don’t have the equipment to clean the carpet in my 4x4 m2 bedroom which is stained. There are two big stains as shown on the photo, and some milder stain as shown on the other photo. Most of the carpet isn’t stained. Only 5% of it. I don’t expect the stains to be 100% gone. At least 50% faded would be expected
