To level and relay pavers for a courtyard around 20 sqm, 5-6 pavers are cracked to be replaced, the rest can be re-used. Please quote with material included.

Problem Summary: - Damaged jamb/architrave: The wood appears chipped. - Peeling paint and filler - Skirting board gap: Visible separation or poor finish between the skirting tile and the frame. - Minor debris/dust: Suggests crumbling material — may need to be sanded and sealed. - Clean and remove damaged filler/paint and any loose wood - Sand the area to smooth rough edges - Re-fill gaps with wood filler or gap sealant - repaint or touch up with matching paint (possibly primer first)

22m2 - wanting Herringbone flooring laid. I can provide these, or if you have a connection to the industry and can get them at wholesale that will be cool too. I get the keys on the 23rd and would ideally like to have the flooring installed asap. If you need to see the place properly before hand I am able to open up for measuring on a weekday, but we can't start works before then. Please note: There is currently linoleum on the floor and I'm not sure what is underneath.. the only problem is the aluminium door, I think that possibly if we lay anything thicker than lino that the door will have a problem going over it.. I'm happy to have a work around and just leave the space under the door a different flooring that can blend in, it's only the entrance door.

I need a handyman or carpenter to trim the bottom of three internal doors so they clear our new carpet. It's a quick job and should only need slight sanding or planing.

1 bedroom apartment has polished concrete flooring with scratches, water damage, and wearing of finish. I am Interested in quotes to fix just the most severe blemishes, (cheap and cheerful), and also a complete refinish - grinding back the whole floor and repolishing. Floor area approx 56sqm.
