Looking to replace carpet on the stairs and in an attic room space. Looking for supply and install. Will remove separately. 3 level terrace home. Attic space will require underlay.

Skirting board is coming off the wall. Looking to get it fixed and professionally reattached.

Needs to be brushed, the blown, and masked and then hand-oiled around the edges and concrete areas to ensure the oil doesn’t get on the concrete or fences. Typically takes 2/3h total with care, cleaning and delicate approach. I’ll provide decking oil, brush and tape.

Install 19m2 of vinyl tiles - tiles are approx 1200mm x 200mm. Install is on concrete floor. Concrete was laid 6 months ago. Concrete has been sealed and is ready to lay on. Cutting is very limited due to dimensions of space. Adhesive supplied based on what is required.

Carpet and underlay has already been pulled up in bedroom 1 and most of bedroom 2. Your tasks are: 1. Demolish built in wardrobe in upstairs bedroom 2 2. Pull up remaining carpet and underlay from under bed 2 wardrobe 3. Pull up carpet nail edging and all underlay nails in both bedrooms 1 & 2 4. Remove wardrobe timber waste, all carpet and underlay and all nails and nail edging from bedrooms 1 & 2 and dispose

Puppy chewed a small part of skirting board need it repaired and the small part of wall above it too

Hello everyone, My partner and I would like to have someone sand and polish our floorboards in our home. We have floorboards in the corridor. 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The space is about 45-50 sqm (I’ve attached the floor plan for your information) The house will be completely empty. The floorboards right now are very dark and we would like it lighter (please see photos attached). In regard to the finish, we would like a light sheen to the finish. Nothing too glossy. The carpet in these two areas is wrinkled and wavy. Just need the hall and lounge room carpet stretched back to flat. I can provide photos. I have no idea of budget, as I am a pensioner.
