In addition to this, there are also a few smal holes which need new pailings plus some lattice we need added to the top to make it look safe. There is also one additional post which we need added to our boundary fence at the front half of the house, which we would like you to do at the same time if you can.

Add a new timber fence and gate. The area where the fence would be added is approximately 1.9m. Regarding the specs. The fence and gate should be 1.2m high. The gate has to be equipped with a latch and self closing hinges. The latch has to be at 1.5m from the ground. We have one 27m fence that needs extenders installed to bring it into line with the rest of the fence. I have purchased the fence extenders. You will need to supply screws too to fasten the legs of the extenders in place. You may also need to cut one towards the rear of the fence as it's not exactly 27m (Bit less). In one of the photos you can see where there is an extender already put on - I would like that removed too as part of the job. There is a small amount of trees that need to be cut back - about 20 minutes of work. Access from both sides if required. Estimated 4hours work all up. - Due date: Before Saturday, 6th Nov 2021
