I need someone to draw up my landscape plan for me. Many of the key decisions have been made, such as hard landscaping, but I need help to draw up the plan for the trades to follow. Planting schedule theme is decided (native coastal), placement of plants required on the plan. Plants not included in the future scheme have been removed (still show in these photos). Preference is someone familiar with Bayside area and has an interest in landscapes that are suitable for a California bungalow 100years old.

I would like the lawns mowed and edges done, beds weeded, some new fertiliser in a couple of areas, new black mulch applied, and my wife's bush trimmed.
