The total boundary length is 39.3m. The garage wall is 6m and does not require fencing. The front section is approximately 10m long at 1.5m high. After the garage, there is about 28.3m of fencing required at 1.8m high. Therefore, the total fence length required is 10m + 28.3m. The land slopes approximately 2m from front to back. In the middle section, I require the fence to be raised by 400mm (approximately 2 timber sleepers high) for about 3m in length, as my side of the land is slightly higher. There is also another continuous section requiring a retaining wall approximately 200mm high (1 timber sleeper) and about 3m long under the Colorbond fence. I would like the fence in Monument colour. Supply and install a motorised double swing gate. Budget flexible. Height 2 Metres Total area width approx 4.5 Metres Horizontal slatted aluminum with preferably ZERO gap or very little gap as i need privacy from pedestrians and road users.
