I have approximately 3 metres of temporary construction fencing already onsite at my property in Newport. The panels are currently leaning and need to be stood upright, properly joined, braced and secured so they cannot fall into the rear laneway or onto anyone. I would also like black privacy mesh/shade cloth attached to block the view through the fence. Please do not use solid tarpaulin if it will create a wind-loading risk. Please include any required clamps, stakes, braces, sandbags or other basic fixings in your offer, and advise how you propose to secure it. Photos are attached. Bottom tooth photos showed how the fence used to look standing right and how it has now fallen with strong winds. My house in Narre Warren recently caught on fire and I arranged for demolishers to remove the house and clear the land. In doing so they damaged the back fence and it has started to collapse in one section (see red outlines in pics). Fortunately, I have recently signed a bill of sale for the property and that will settle on 3/8/2026 and the new owner has agreed to pay for a new fence to be constructed in the near future. In the meantime it is presenting as a risk for the tenant next door, and I have been asked by their agent to make the fence safe. I am in need of a fencer or handyman to temporarily secure that section of the fence so that it remains upright until the new owner can rebuild.
