Remove the section of fence where the driveway is and replace it with a secure, manual swinging gate. Gate should open wide enough so that a car can drive through and it should be as high as the fence and not see through in any way at all. It should also have a latch with a secure lock. Will also need the letterbox (currently on that section of the fence as seen in the picture) to be relocated to the fence beside the new gate, or built in to the new gate. Whichever is easier. Looking to spend as little as possible on this job.

5 wooden posts on front veranda are rotting and need to be fixed or replaced. Posts are 90mm all round & 2.250 meters high. Metal rods attached to the concrete base . One solution might be to cut each post near the bottom and replace only that section. This will also require cutting off the current stirrups and replacing them with a different type, bolted to the concrete. I believe this is a cut/join method
