I would like an experienced gate / gate-automation installer to install double swing gate automation - specifically a CENTSYS V400 SMART kit. I have everything here already: 2 x V400 linear motors + control box + battery + plug-in transformer + 30m low voltage cable. It's the low voltage version so no 240V needed at the gate and no sparky. Transformer plugs in at the garage and the cable runs along the bottom of the timber fence behind the hedge up to the gate - about 20m, no pavers to lift. Would want that run in conduit. Control box can go on the timber fence next to the gate post. Previous automation system left behind existing conduit at both posts which may be possible to reuse. Wiring was pulled out before we moved in so haven't tested it. Gates are steel on steel posts, open inwards. There's a manual latch and drop bolt on there at the moment. One side opens back towards the timber fence.

We had child safety gates installed last month at the top and bottom of our staircase, but unfortunately they were not installed properly. The staircase opening is wider than the gates, so the previous installer added some timber to fill the gap. However, I don’t think enough timber was used and the gates are still not fitted securely/properly. I require two fence brackets to be installed. One bracket to be installed on the front face of a main timber post and the other to be installed on the side face of the post (this post is on the corner). Along with that, there are some eye screws, turnbuckles and wire mesh, wire rope and accompanied wire rope grips to be installed as well. This task is to prevent our cats from scaling the fence. The length of this installation is 3.7m as shown in the picture attached. Red lines are indicative of the brackets, blue lines are indicative of the wire rope. The wire mesh should be fixed to this.
