Not all of the time needs to be activities - need to have time for lunch, discussions etc. There will be about 30-35 people between 23 and 60 years old primarily in the middle of that. We will need you to organise random groups and rotate activities maybe to encourage inclusivity. Maybe find a way to make it a competition and we could come up with some prizes.
