Installation of down lights everything supplied except cable and labour

We are planning to rent our home and needs the standard compliance check.

Need a registered electrician to install two double power points and associated wiring work. One in a bathroom and one in a hallway. Both rooms are upstairs. Room 1 - Bathroom. This is more complex as it needs the tile to be cut / drilled. There is also only one light switch on other side of room. Wiring exists on bedroom on back of bathroom. Please see picture for intended location. Room 2 - Upstairs Hallway. Please see picture for intended location.

Electrician needed to install 2 extra power sockets. Both have existing wiring. One have a power socket on other side of the same wall. Other needs to be installed on the timber (veranda) where existing wire line is led.

Hi Guys, I have two TVs that need to be installed, along with a power switch to be installed behind each TV. One is a 75-inch TV on a plaster wall (please note, I need an HDMI cable run behind the wall to connect to a speaker on the unit), and the second is a 65-inch TV on a brick wall.
